Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products (Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, etc.).

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.

• Follow compliance and company policies in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Graduation / 12th pass with relevant experience.

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele sales/inside sales/customer acquisition.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Target-oriented and motivated to earn incentives.
