• Ability to handle customer queries and maintain follow-ups

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers

• Maintain customer records and update databases using Excel

• Work closely with the sales team to meet targets

• Provide accurate information about products/services

• Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
