Role Overview:

We are seeking proactive and dedicated Sales Executives to manage and grow relationships with existing customers only. This is an office-based role with minimal travel.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily communication with existing channel partners/distributors.

  • Take regular follow-ups to increase repeat business and monthly billing.

  • Update customers about new launches, schemes, offers, and gifts.

  • Resolve queries and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, interactions, and payments.

  • Work closely with marketing, accounts, and operations teams to serve customer needs.


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of sales/customer handling experience (pharma industry preferred).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Fluent in English and regional language(s).

  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools).

  • Positive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving skills.
