Job Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, coordinating with cross-functional departments, and ensuring timely order execution. The role includes daily client meetings, artwork coordination, sample approvals, payment follow-ups, and smooth collaboration between Sales, Design, Supply Chain, PPIC, QA, and Production teams to deliver high-quality products within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Client Management
Generate and close orders through effective follow-ups and relationship management.
Handle Special/Big Orders with cross-department collaboration (Technical BD & PMT role).
Focus on increasing order value and long-term client retention.
2. Sample & Approval Management
• Track and present Sample Approval Status in every RMT meeting.
• Ensure samples are cross-checked before dispatch to maintain quality compliance.
• Coordinate with QC for artwork corrections and approval before finalization.
• Ensure proper validation of formulations and product details before client submission.
3. Artwork & Product Coordination
• Work closely with Sales and Design teams to reduce artwork revision cycles.
• Ensure seamless communication to minimize repeated QC corrections.
• Validate artwork accuracy before sharing with client.
• Prepare new product presentations (PPTs) and technical product data.
4. Payment & Commercial Compliance
• Ensure payment processing as per agreed terms and timelines.
• Follow up on outstanding payments to avoid order delays.
• Coordinate with Accounts for payment reporting and clearance.
5. Internal Coordination & Weekly Planning
• Conduct weekly coordination meetings with Design, Supply Chain, and PPIC to ensure smooth operations.
• Review weekly agenda and priority orders.
• Participate in Sales team meetings for complaints, feedback, and corrective actions.
• Support smooth communication flow across departments to prevent delays.
6. Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare detailed working reports (order status, client updates, approvals, payments, dispatch status).
• Maintain proper documentation of commitments and approvals.
• Present key updates in HOD meetings.
7. Continuous Improvement & Learning
• Conduct or attend sessions on new product development and market trends.
• Identify areas to reduce process delays and improve customer satisfaction.
• Take extra efforts in client servicing and escalation management.
