Our flagship programme, Breakthrough Flightpath, helps parents support their children's development through structured guidance and individualised support.

We are looking for empathetic and dedicated Sales Executives who can connect with parents, understand their concerns and guide them towards the right programme.

Job Description

As a Sales Executive, you will communicate with interested parents, understand their requirements, explain our programmes and help them complete the enrolment process.

This is a consultative sales role that requires good communication, patience, empathy and follow-up skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Call and follow up with prospective parents who have shown interest through advertisements, webinars, WhatsApp, referrals or consultations.

• Build relationships with parents and understand their concerns.

• Explain IND's programmes and services clearly.

• Answer questions and handle objections related to budget, previous experiences, therapy overload and other concerns.

• Follow up with interested parents through calls and messages.

• Maintain accurate lead records and update customer information in CRM.

• Plan and manage follow-up calls and messages.

• Coordinate with the CRM and Consultation teams for smooth enrolment.

• Achieve assigned weekly enrolment and conversation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales experience preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience required.

• Good Bengali speaking skills are mandatory.

• Strong communication and listening skills.

• Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with parents.

• Patience and empathy when handling customer concerns.

• Basic knowledge of CRM, WhatsApp Web and Google Sheets.

• Ability to handle customer queries and follow up regularly.
