Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Telesales Executives to join our team at Insta Credit Solution Pvt. Ltd. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial services, and generating leads/sales through outbound calling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

• Explain products and services clearly and professionally.

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

• Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Build good customer relationships and ensure a high level of service.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer queries confidently.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred).

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

• Freshers welcome.

• Candidates with up to 6 months of telesales/telecalling experience preferred.

Work Type:
