Role Overview:

We are hiring candidates who will be responsible for franchise sales, partner onboarding, and logistics coordination. This role involves calling, explaining franchise models, and assisting new partners to set up their delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Call potential candidates interested in starting a logistics franchise.

Explain the Insta Courier & Logistics franchise model and benefits.

Help franchise partners with documentation, onboarding, and vendor code generation.

Coordinate with e-commerce companies (Flipkart, Shadowfax, etc.) for business allotment.

Support franchise owners in operations like hiring riders, managing delivery hubs, and resolving issues.

Maintain daily reports and updates on franchise development activities.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).

Experience: 1–5 years in sales, business development, or logistics.

Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telegu, Kannada, Malayalam regional languages are a plus).

Comfortable with Tele calling and explaining business opportunities.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
