We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive with prior experience in the share market or financial advisory domain. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and promoting our financial advisory services.
Generate leads through cold calling, references, and digital platforms
Pitch financial advisory services to potential clients
Understand client financial goals and provide suitable investment recommendations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Stay updated on market trends, stock performance, and financial news
Maintain records of calls and client interactions in CRM
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in stock market advisory or related financial products
Good knowledge of equity markets, investments, and financial products
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Graduate (B.Com/BBA/MBA preferred)
Salary based on last drawn + performance-based hike
