Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to join our Alibaba work process team. The role involves calling potential clients, explaining Alibaba services/products, and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain Alibaba products/services clearly and professionally.

• Convert inquiries into confirmed leads.

• Maintain daily call logs and follow-up records.

• Build and maintain good customer relationships.

• Meet monthly sales targets and performance goals.

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to convince and handle customer queries.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Prior telesales experience preferred (not mandatory).
