Job Description

MLB Estate is hiring Female Sales Executives for our Dehradun office. This is a work-from-office role focused on telecalling and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and follow up with prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and explain available property options.
Generate and nurture sales leads.
Schedule client meetings and site visits for the sales team.
Maintain customer data and update CRM/Excel records.
Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

Eligibility:

Female candidates only.
Graduate in any discipline.
0-2 years of experience in Telesales, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Real Estate Sales.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good communication and convincing skills in Hindi. Basic English communication is preferred.

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: ₹18,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Attractive Incentives
