Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and communication Real Estate Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to pitch our real estate projects, generate interest, and schedule site visits for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
Explain various residential/commercial projects, plots, or flats to clients clearly.
Understand customer requirements and budget to suggest the right property.
Pitch effectively to convince clients and schedule Site Visits.
Regularly follow up with warm leads and maintain an updated database in Excel/CRM.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and site-visit targets.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate in any stream.
Languages: Fluent in Hindi (Good command over English or regional languages is a big plus).
Skills: Excellent communication, active listening, and convincing skills.
Confident personality with a positive attitude towards handling rejections.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computers.
