About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive who can convert inquiries into bookings by understanding client requirements and delivering an exceptional sales experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence in handling clients, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads received from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and other marketing channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable photography packages.
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Follow up with potential clients regularly until closure.
Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Ensure prompt responses to customer queries and maintain high service standards.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong convincing and objection-handling ability.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.

Qualifications
Graduate or equivalent.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Customer Relationship Management, or Telecalling.
