Roles & Responsibilities
Receive and manage client calls from Just dial, online platforms, and other digital sources, addressing client queries and providing appropriate service solutions.,
Addressing client queries and providing appropriate service solutions.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to explain the company’s services and certification solutions clearly.
Follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and successfully close deals.
Maintain accurate client records and build long-term professional relationships.
Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
Maintain daily calling reports and accurate records of all sales activities
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet usage, Google Sheet , Excel )
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
