Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at Icici Lombard General Insurance Co Limited. The role involves outbound calling, understanding customer needs, and converting leads into successful policy sales. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to convert them into policy sales.
Understand customer needs quickly and pitch the perfect insurance product ( health, motor, travel & more)
Explain product features, benefits and coverage in an engaging way to close deals.
Achieve & exceed monthly sales target and earn unlimited incentives.
Handle objects smartly, build instant rapport and create long term customer relationships.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 6 years of experience.
Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
