Job Description

In your role as a Business Development Executive at Hustling Collaborators, your key objective is to fuel growth and enhance revenue through the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of our client roster. You'll be instrumental in identifying potential business prospects, fostering strong client relationships, and crafting personalized influencer marketing strategies to fulfill their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients across diverse industries who are interested in leveraging influencer marketing services.

• Lead Generation: Utilize various channels such as networking, cold outreach, email campaigns, and industry events to generate qualified leads.

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring relationships with clients, comprehensively understanding their requirements and delivering top-notch customer support.

• Proposal Development: Craft and deliver persuasive proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively highlighting the agency's expertise and offerings.

• Negotiation and Closure: Conduct negotiations and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutually advantageous agreements are achieved.

• Market Research: Remain abreast of industry trends, competitor strategies, and client preferences to customize approaches accordingly.

• Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and evaluate campaign performance metrics for insights and improvement opportunities.

• Forecasting and Strategy: Develop sales forecasts and strategic blueprints to meet sales targets and organizational goals.

• Continuous Development: Stay abreast of evolving influencer marketing trends and sales methodologies to refine skills and expertise continually.

Experience

Qualifications

  • Background from marketing industry is a plus.
