Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects and handle inbound leads

• Qualify leads, pitch services/products, and follow up till conversion

• Maintain records in CRM / call log

• Achieve assigned calling & sales targets

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication (English / Hindi / regional)

• Good persuasion, negotiation & objection‑handling skills

• Basic computer/CRM usage

• Target-driven, organized, and resilient

• 10+2 pass (Graduates preferred); experience in telecalling is a plus
