Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound calls to prospective and existing merchants.
Pitch Udaan Capital’s loan and working capital products effectively.
Understand customer business needs and recommend suitable financial solutions.
Generate leads and convert them into successful disbursements.
Follow up with customers for documentation and application completion.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM systems.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and productivity metrics.
Coordinate with internal credit, operations, and onboarding teams.
Address customer queries and resolve issues related to loan products.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
