Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers: Identify potential leads, conduct outreach, and close sales for banking products and services. 

• Sell banking products: Explain the benefits of various products (deposits, loans, investments, etc.) and tailor solutions to customer needs. 

• Cross-sell and up-sell: Identify opportunities to sell additional products to existing customers. 

• Build and maintain relationships: Foster strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and repeat business. 

• Meet sales targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis. 

• Compliance and regulatory awareness: Adhere to all banking regulations and compliance guidelines. 

• Record interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the bank's CRM system. 

• Stay informed: Keep up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge. 

• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns effectively. 

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Effective communication is crucial for building relationships and explaining products. 

• Sales experience: Prior sales experience, preferably in the financial services industry, is often preferred. 

• Knowledge of banking products: Understanding of various banking products and services is essential. 

• Regulatory knowledge: Awareness of banking regulations and compliance guidelines. 

• Customer service skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and address customer needs. 

• Sales strategies and techniques: Proficiency in various sales strategies and techniques. 

• Technical skills: Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools. 

• Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and identify opportunities. 

• Presentation skills: Ability to deliver clear and concise presentations. 

• Educational background: Bachelor's degree in a related field is often preferred.
