We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Skald Consulting LLP. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in lead generation, client interaction, sales follow-ups, and achieving monthly targets. You will play a key role in driving business growth and building strong customer relationships.
Generate high-quality leads through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
Conduct sales calls to potential clients and present company services effectively.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper documentation of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and close deals.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
