We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should have strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Handle client inquiries related to real estate properties.
Arrange and conduct site visits for potential buyers.
Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
Follow up with prospective clients regularly to close deals.
Maintain proper sales records and client database.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing process.

Qualification:
