Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, negotiating deals, and closing property sales while providing excellent customer service. You will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and follow up on potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals

• Conduct property showings and site visits with prospective buyers or tenants

• Provide clients with information on pricing, legal requirements, and market conditions

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs

• Negotiate offers and finalize deals

• Prepare sales agreements, contracts, and other necessary documentation

• Collaborate with other team members, agents, and developers

• Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competition

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
