Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive whose main focus will be to generate leads and convert them into actual business. This is a target-based role where consistent follow-up and communication with clients is very important. The person will be responsible for turning inquiries into confirmed orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate new leads through calls, data, references, and online sources
Connect with potential customers and understand their requirements
Explain product details, pricing, and company offerings clearly
Do regular follow-ups with interested clients to convert them into orders
Handle incoming inquiries and convert them into positive sales
Maintain proper record of leads, follow-ups, and conversions
Coordinate with internal team (production, dispatch) for smooth order process
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals
Requirements:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English required, Gujarati preferred)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Confidence in handling calls and client conversations
Ability to do continuous follow-ups
Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM
