Position: Sales Executive

We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to join our team at First India Credit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting our personal loan products, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Identify, generate, and pursue new business opportunities for loan products.
Promote and explain loan products to potential customers.
Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competition.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and guide them through the documentation process.
Coordinate with internal teams for loan processing and approvals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong sales and target-oriented approach.
Good knowledge of financial products, preferably in the loan industry.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).
Prior experience in loans, banking, or financial services will be an added advantage.
Fixed salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience).
