Job Description:

Fast Credit Finance Private Limited is hiring Tele Sales Executives for Personal Loan and Overdraft (OD) processes. The role involves outbound/inbound calling, customer engagement, lead conversion, and achieving sales targets with attractive incentive earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound/inbound calls to potential customers for Personal Loan & OD products
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions
Generate leads, follow up, and convert inquiries into successful disbursements
Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation clearly
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and approval processes
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain customer confidentiality

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
Experience: 0–3 years (Fresher & experienced candidates can apply)
Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory; English is a plus)
Sales-oriented mindset with strong convincing and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Comfortable with calling and follow-up processes
