About EzyHelpers

EzyHelpers connects families with verified domestic helpers and caregivers such as maids, cooks, nannies, drivers and caregivers.

In this role, you will speak with customers who are already looking for a helper. This is primarily an inbound sales and customer coordination role — you will understand the customer's requirement, explain our services clearly and coordinate with the sourcing team to help find the right match.

There is no cold calling or random lead generation involved.

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries from families looking for maids, cooks, nannies, caregivers, drivers and other helpers.

• Understand the customer's exact requirement, household needs, location, budget and urgency.

• Explain EzyHelpers' service, pricing, terms and payment process clearly and honestly.

• Set the right expectations regarding availability, replacement policy, trial period and timelines.

• Create and update customer requirements accurately in the CRM.

• Coordinate with the sourcing team to identify suitable helpers and move the requirement towards placement.

• Follow up with customers regularly until the requirement is successfully closed.

• Support customers after placement and coordinate with the operations/sourcing team if any issue or replacement requirement arises.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, requirements, follow-ups and lead status.

• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets while maintaining good customer experience.
  

Who We're Looking For

• Good communication skills and confidence while speaking with customers over the phone.

• Comfortable speaking in Hindi; Good English communication is preferred.

• Patient and empathetic while dealing with customers and their concerns.

• Ability to understand customer requirements carefully and capture accurate details.

• Comfortable using CRM software, Excel and basic computer applications.

• Good follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.

• Previous experience in inside sales, tele-sales, customer support, BPO, customer service or similar roles is preferred.

• Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn can also apply.

Compensation & Growth
