Telesales Sales Executive

This is a relationship-led sales role for someone who can guide a considered, high-value decision with clarity and credibility. The objective is not simply to close a transaction, but to help suitable customers move towards ownership with confidence.

Understand each customer's aspirations, investment perspective, lifestyle preferences and decision criteria.

• Explain the managed-farmland proposition, projects, ownership model, commercial terms and relevant

property details accurately.

• Discuss potential benefits responsibly, without overpromising outcomes.

Site-visit experience

• Plan and lead thoughtful property tours and site presentations.

• Prepare each visit around the customer's profile, questions and priorities.

• Ensure site information, materials and guest arrangements are ready.

Conversion & closure

• Follow up after site visits, address open questions and guide suitable customers towards a decision.

• Lead commercial discussions and negotiation within approved parameters.

• Coordinate booking, documentation, payment and registration readiness with relevant teams.

Relationships & insight

• Build lasting relationships with prospective and existing customers.

• Maintain accurate pipeline records, commitments and next actions.

Share customer objections and behavioural insights with Marketing and management.

Experience & Requirements

• Experience in real estate, farmland, hospitality, luxury, financial services or another relationship-led sales

environment is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to convert considered or high-value purchases.

• Strong spoken communication in English. Additional languages that would help - Hindi, Tamil, Kannada,

Malayalam.

• Comfort working from the estate, leading site visits and coordinating across teams.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
