Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, interacting with clients, and closing sales for our plotting and farmhouse projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through calls, social media, and field visits
Handle customer inquiries and provide project details
Conduct site visits and client meetings
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Follow up with potential clients for conversions
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain client database and sales reports
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of real estate (preferred)
Confident, presentable, and self-motivated
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM)
Qualification:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
