We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing property sales while providing excellent customer service throughout the client journey.

• Identify potential clients through various lead generation sources (cold calling, walk-ins, online inquiries, referrals, etc.).

• Conduct property tours, site visits, and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
