- Promote and sell credit card products to potential customers

Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable credit card options

Generate leads through field sales, referrals, or tele-calling

Assist customers with application forms and documentation

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads

Ensure compliance with company policies and banking regulations

Provide after-sales support and resolve basic customer queries
