Job Title: Retail Event Sales Executive

Compensation: ~₹35,000/month + uncapped incentives
About Us
We The Curators specializes in curating private and corporate events such as birthdays, anniversaries, festive celebrations, curated meals, workshops, R&R activities, offsites, and more. We currently manage around 100 events per month, growing at 25% QoQ, and handle everything end-to-end: food & beverages, venues, décor, setup, and ancillary services as per client requirements.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs):
Engage with qualified inbound leads (no cold calling) Understand client needs, preferences, and budgets to curate personalized events Suggest event concepts, F&B options, décor styles, and more Build trust with clients and drive closures by offering end-to-end event curation Coordinate with the Operations team for seamless execution post-confirmation Collaborate with Marketing & Content teams for lead insights and conversion strategies
