Job Responsibilities

• Contact and assist potential customers regarding the CoinSwitch investment platform.
• Explain features, benefits, and usage of the application to clients.
• Guide customers in account registration and onboarding.
• Maintain follow-ups with interested customers and convert them into active users.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 0-6 months experience in sales / telesales preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency or investment apps is a plus.
• Comfortable with target-based work.
• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
