Echoe Assistance is hiring for the position of Sales Executive. In this role, you will interact with job seekers through various online job portals and assist them in choosing the right resume services to enhance their job search.

This is a non-target-based role ideal for individuals with good communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:  Communicate with job seekers via online job portals (like Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)

 Promote resume writing and related career services offered by the company

 Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable service packages

 Maintain and update lead records on a regular basis

 Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services

 Address basic queries related to resume services and follow up when needed

 Maintain a professional and helpful attitude during client interactions

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
