Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with prior experience in real estate (Female) to join our growing team at Ebase Infra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing deals, and delivering exceptional customer service to clients looking to invest in residential and commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and manage leads through online platforms, referrals, and real estate portals.
Conduct site visits and property tours for prospective buyers.
Present project features, pricing, payment plans, and USPs to clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow up with potential clients through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and closed deals in the CRM.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sound knowledge of local property markets and developers.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
