Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and results-driven professional to act as a dual pillar for our leadership and sales teams. In this role, you will provide trusted executive support—managing calendars, correspondence, and daily operations—while simultaneously driving business growth through lead generation, client communication, and sales pipeline coordination. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, proactive, and capable of balancing administrative priorities with commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Assistant Responsibilities
· Calendar & Diary Management: Coordinate and prioritize the executive's schedule, manage meeting requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.
· Communication & Correspondence: Act as a professional first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and messages with absolute discretion.
· Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, attend meetings, record comprehensive minutes, and track action items through to completion.
· Travel & Logistics: Organize complex travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for the executive.
· Reports & Documentation: Draft professional correspondence, presentations, spreadsheets, and executive reports.
2. Sales Executive Responsibilities
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify new business opportunities via cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
· Client Engagement & Demos: Present products or services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and conduct tailored pitches or demonstrations.
· Proposal & Deal Closure: Prepare commercial quotations, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and close sales to meet monthly and annual targets.
· CRM & Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline metrics in the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho).
· Account Management: Nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and drive repeat or referral business.
Required Qualifications & Skills
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in an Executive Assistant, Sales Coordination, or combined administrative-sales role.
· Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, with a confident and polished phone/in-person demeanor.
· Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and familiarity with CRM platforms.
· Core Competencies: Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities; high level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential matters; proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Accurate and timely management of executive schedules and administrative deliverables.
· Achievement of assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets and conversion rates.
· Growth and consistent updating of the active sales pipeline in the CRM.
· High satisfaction and retention ratings from managed client accounts.
