Role Overview (Designed for Freshers & Experienced Professionals)
We are hiring Business Development Executives – In-house Sales (B2B) who can handle inbound inquiries, convert leads into orders, and build long-term customer relationships.
This•role is suitable for:
• Freshers or early-career candidates who are eager to learn B2B sales through •tructured training, and
• Experienced inside sales professionals who can independently manage leads, conversions, and customer relationships.
The level of responsibility, targets, and compensation will be aligned with the candidate’s experience, capability, and learning curve.
This is a strictly on-site, full-time role. Work-from-home or part-time options are not available.

Compensation Structure
Salary Range: ₹12,000 –•₹30,000 per month + Performance Linked Incentives
Entry-level / Freshers: Stuctured training phase with guided responsibilities
• Experienced candidates: Higher responsibility, faster independence, and higher compensation potential
Final salary will depend on qualifications, experience, interview performance, and the level of training or supervision required.
There is no upper limit for exceptionally capable candidates.

Core Responsibilities (Scaed by Experience Level)•
1. Lead Handling & Communication
Handle inbound B2 leads received via IndiaMART and other online/offline sources.
Respond to inquires through calls, messages, and emails in a professional manner.
• Ensure timely follow-ups until logical closure (order or rejection).
(Freshers will receive structured guidance; experienced candidates are expected to man•ge independently.)

2. Sales Conversion & Business Development
Unerstand customer requirements and suggest suitable products•or solutions.
• Prepare and share quotations accurately and competitively.
• Actively pursue conversions and contribute to revenue generation.
(Sales targets and expectations wil• be aligned with experience level.)

3. Custome Relationship Management•
Provide consistent support thrughout the sales cycle.
• Build trust-based, long-term relationships with customers.
Encourage repeat business an referrals through professional engagement.

4. Interal Coordination & Reporting•
Maintain accurate records of eads, quotations, and orders.
• Update data in internal systems, spreadsheets, or CRM tools.
Coordinate with internal teams for prcing, availability, and order proce•sing.

• Prompt response to assigned leads.
Discipined and consistent follow-up behavior.
• Progressive improvement in lead conversion and order value.

Eligibility & Skills
• Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred OR minimum H•C (12th pass).
Experience in B2B sales / insid sales / customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
Stron verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and wok in a target-driven environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM exposure is a plus.
