Roles & Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for PCD Pharma and third-party manufacturing.
Handle client inquiries and convert leads into successful business deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, stockists, and pharma clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Explain company products and services professionally to clients.
Coordinate with the CRM and dispatch team for smooth order processing.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Prepare daily sales reports and update client databases.
Conduct market research and identify new growth opportunities.
Represent the company in a professional and confident manner.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market trends.
Ability to handle clients professionally.
Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, CRM handling).
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
Qualification
Graduate in any stream (Pharma background preferred).
Experience in Pharma Sales/PCD Pharma will be an added advantage.
