Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate quality leads
· Pitch products or services effectively to prospective clients
· Follow up with leads and respond to customer inquiries
· Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales using CRM tools
· Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
· Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience
Requirements:
· MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred OR any graduate with 2+ years of sales/tele-sales experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Fluency English (spoken)
· Target-oriented with a positive attitude and passion for sales
· Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, email, etc.)
