Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, tele-calling, and email marketing.
• Conduct research on potential clients and their businesses to understand their digital needs and pain points.
• Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing sales revenue.
• Maintain and develop long-term relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Collaborate with the support teams to ensure client requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and strategies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Proven experience in Business Development or relevant role preferably from b2b or b2c company (Freshers can also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Internet/ Online processes and tools.
• A track record of achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
• A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
