We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fitness equipment sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and building strong relationships with clients, including gyms, fitness centers, health clubs, corporates, and individual customers.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the gym equipment sector.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients (B2B and B2C).
Present and demonstrate gym equipment to clients and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and visits.
Maintain CRM records and track customer interactions and sales progress.
Participate in trade shows, fitness expos, and marketing events.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback or complaints.
Stay updated on new product launches, industry trends, and competitors.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness/gym equipment or related industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical specifications and explain them to clients.
Goal-oriented with a passion for fitness and wellness.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
