ABOUT THE JOB; WE ARE HIRING CANDIDATES FOR VOICE PROCESS ROLES IN BANKING PROJECT .THE POSITION INVOLVES HANDILING CUSTOMER QUERIES, MAKING REMINDER CALLS , AND ENSURING HIGH CUSTOMER SATISFACTION . THIS IS A FULL TIME JOB ROLE WITH DAY SHIFT ,ROTATIONAL WEEK OFFS , AND WITH ATTRACTIVE CTC.

KEY RESONSIBILIITIES;

• HANDLE INBOUND CUSTOMERS CALLS WITH PROFFESIONALISM AND ACCURACY .

• MAKE REMINDER CALLS TO CUSTOMERS FOR TIMELY FOLLOWS -UPS

• BASIC BANKING RELATED QUERIES OR DIRECT THEM TO APPROPRAITE TEAM.

• UPDATE CALL LOGS AND SYSTEM ENTRIES EFFECIENTLY.

• ENSURE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION THROUGH PROACTIVE SERVICES.

PITCH CUSTOMERS CREDIT CARDS, LOANS, AND SAVING ACCOUNTS , CASA.

QUALIFICATION: GRADUATE

GOOD COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS REQUIRED

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF BANKING AND FINANCIAL PRODUCTS (PPL,CC,CASA)

• EXCELLENT CONVINCING AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS

• POSITIVE ATTITUDE AND RESULT ORIENTED MINDSET

ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST PACED TARGET DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT

FIXED SHIFT : 9 ;30T0 AM 6 :30 PM

SALARY :24000 BASED UPTO EXPERIENCE

MUST HAVE 6MNTHS EXPERIENCE IN SALES, IN BANKING AND SELLING .

UNLIMITED INCENTIVES + SALARY
