Job Title: Customer Sales Executive

Location: Mohali
Experience: Fresher to 2 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Customer Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound/inbound sales calls, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to potential customers
Explain products/services and close sales
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales

Requirements:

Good communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work in night shift
Sales experience preferred (Freshers can apply)
