Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team at City Credit Management Llp. This role involves managing essential data processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing administrative support. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product/service recommendations

• Achieve individual and team sales targets

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions

• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively

• Maintain proper documentation of sales and customer interactions

• Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines

• Ensure the sales floor/work area is well-organized and presentable.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is above 10th and 2 - 6+ years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
