Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with excellent selling skills and a good command of Hindi & English to join our team. As a part of the sales process, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and driving sales conversions.

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and pitch products/services effectively.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable solutions.

Follow the defined sales process to achieve daily and monthly targets.

Maintain records of interactions and update CRM or sales trackers.

Meet and exceed sales targets to earn attractive incentives.

Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

Minimum HSC (12th Pass) qualification.

Good communication skills in Hindi & English.

Strong persuasive and selling skills.

Ability to work in a structured sales environment.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
