Job Summary:

  • Introduce BROLABS’ products and services to potential clients.

  • Identify business opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Support business development efforts in a learning-oriented, low-pressure environment (no strict sales targets).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients through networking and outreach.

  • Present and promote BROLABS’ services to prospective customers.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client presentations.

  • Maintain client communication and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for client-specific solutions.

  • Record all client interactions using CRM tools.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

  • Freshers or up to 1 year of sales experience welcome.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.

  • Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn.
