CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE IN SALES PROFILE ( digital marketing company)

🔹 Roles & Responsibilities

1. Identifying & Prospecting Leads

  • Generate new business by identifying potential clients who need digital marketing services.

  • Conduct market research on industries, competitors, and target audience needs.

  • Perform cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods to introduce company services.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building

  • Engage in consultative selling by understanding client goals, challenges, and requirements.

  • Schedule virtual/physical meetings to present digital marketing strategies.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

3. Presentations & Proposal Development

  • Conduct service presentations and product demos to explain digital marketing solutions.

  • Prepare customised proposals including scope, pricing, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Handle negotiations to close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.

4. Sales Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.

  • Maintain proper documentation of leads, opportunities, and client communications.

  • Submit regular reports on performance, pipeline, and sales progress.

5. Collaboration with Marketing & Operations

  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the marketing team.

  • Coordinate with account managers for smooth on-boarding after closing deals.

  • Suggest improvements in sales strategy based on market trends.

6. Up-selling & Cross-selling

  • Identify opportunities to up-sell additional services (SEO, SMM, PPC, Website Development).

  • Build long-term partnerships to enhance client lifetime value.

7. Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

  • Participate in sales training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.

8. Customer Service & Client Retention

  • Provide post-sale support by coordinating with internal teams.

  • Maintain strong communication to reduce client churn and improve satisfaction.

  • 12th pass also preferred

  • Must have experience in a Digital Marketing Agency

  • Excellent communication & presentation skills

  • Strong negotiation and client-handling abilities
