About the Role

Blooming Hives is looking for confident, communication-focused Sales Executives who can help us acquire new clients and grow our digital marketing business.

The role involves lead generation, cold outreach, client communication, follow-ups, and closing deals for Blooming Hives’ digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through cold calling, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, email and other relevant platforms.

• Reach out to potential businesses and introduce Blooming Hives and its services.

• Work on leads and business data provided by the company.

• Identify client requirements and pitch suitable digital marketing solutions.

• Follow up consistently with interested prospects.

• Negotiate and close deals.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups and conversions.

• Coordinate with the internal team after successfully closing a client.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales/conversion targets.

Requirements

• Good English communication skills – verbal and written.

• Confident and comfortable speaking with business owners and potential clients.

• Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Meta Ads, SEO, etc.

• Sales, telecalling, business development or digital marketing experience will be an advantage.

• Freshers with strong communication and convincing skills can also apply.

• Self-motivated and capable of working independently from home.

• Female candidates are preferred.
