Role Overview

We’re hiring a Sales Executive (Telecaller) to call leads, qualify requirements, explain our services, and book appointments/close deals. You’ll be the first voice of BlackPapers—so clarity, confidence, and follow-ups matter.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads (data will be provided) and handle inbound inquiries.

  • Understand customer needs (Startup/MSME/NGO) and recommend the right service/package.

  • Explain offerings clearly: GST, ITR, ROC filings, accounting, NGO compliance, etc.

  • Maintain daily follow-ups and nurture leads till closure.

  • Book appointments for senior consultant / close directly (as per process).

  • Update CRM daily with call status, lead stage, remarks, and next follow-up date.

  • Meet daily/weekly targets for calls, connects, appointments, and conversions.

  • Coordinate with operations team to ensure smooth handover after closure.

What You Should Be Good At

  • Strong communication in Hindi + confident Hinglish.

  • Persuasion, negotiation, and objection handling.

  • High follow-up discipline (most sales are follow-up driven).

  • Comfortable with targets and performance-based work.

  • Basic understanding of business/compliance is a plus (training will be provided).

Eligibility

  • Graduation preferred (12th pass with strong communication can also apply).

  • Experience in telecalling, sales, education/counselling, finance, or insurance is a plus.

  • Comfortable using Google Sheets/WhatsApp/CRM tools.

KPI / Performance Metrics

  • Daily calls: [80–150]

  • Daily connects: [30–60]

  • Appointments: [2–6/day]

  • Closures: [weekly targets]

  • Follow-ups completion rate and CRM updates

Compensation & Incentive

  • Fixed Salary: ₹8,000-₹22,000

  • Incentives: Attractive monthly incentives on appointments + closures
