JOB DESCRIPTION – TELE SALES EXECUTIVE (Telecaller)

Position: In Tele Sales Executive (Telecaller)
Department: Sales & Customer Success
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Outbound & Inbound Tele Sales Executives to handle enquiries generated through our website, social media campaigns, WhatsApp, and existing customer database. This is not a cold-calling role. You will interact with individuals who have already shown interest in our services and guide them towards the most suitable astrology consultation or report.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and the ability to build trust while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management

Contact all assigned Outbound & Inbound leads promptly.
Respond to website enquiries, Instagram/Facebook advertisement leads, WhatsApp enquiries, and call-back requests.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable astrology consultations and services.
Follow up with prospects until closure.

Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients.
Address customer concerns and objections professionally.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Upselling & Cross-selling

Contact existing customers for additional consultations, reports, remedies, and annual services.
Identify opportunities to upsell premium offerings based on customer requirements.

CRM & Reporting

Update CRM after every customer interaction.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, sales, and customer feedback.
Ensure no lead remains unattended.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Tele Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Counselling, or Consultation Sales.
Experience in Astrology, Education, Healthcare, Wellness, Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or High-Value Services will be an advantage.

Skills

Excellent spoken Hindi (mandatory).
Good spoken English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Persuasive and consultative selling ability.
Good listening and objection-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business).
Ability to work under targets.
