Working Days 6 Days a Week /Rotational Week Off Fixed .

Salary ₹17,588 per month CTC ₹20,458 per month

• Minimum 6 months of Telecalling / Telesales experience is mandatory.

• Candidates with experience in BFSI, Personal Loans, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, BPO or Tele-sales will be preferred.

• Strong verbal communication and customer-handling skills.

• Target-oriented, self-motivated and result-driven approach.

• Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred. Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan lead generation.

• Interact with customers, understand their requirements and perform preliminary eligibility assessment.

• Identify and qualify genuine Personal Loan leads.

• Handover qualified leads to the relevant sales team for further processing.

• Conduct timely follow-ups and support lead conversion/closure.

• Achieve assigned productivity, calling, lead and quality parameters.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead information as per process requirements.

• Follow all applicable company policies, quality standards and compliance guidelines. Compensation & Benefits
