Sales Executive

Sales cum TelecallerJob Summary:We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales cum Telecaller to join our team. As a Sales cum Telecaller, you will be responsible for generating sales, building customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service through outbound and inbound calls.

Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services and generate sales

- Handle inbound calls from customers, respond to queries, and resolve issues promptly

- Generate inquiries and convert them into sales

- Send quotations to customers via email or other communication channels

- Respond to customer emails and follow up on leads

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Maintain an updated database of customer information and interactions

- Follow up on leads, close sales, and ensure timely payment collections

- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, concerns, and market trends

Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus

- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service

- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

Skills:- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications

- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated to achieve targets
